COHORT 1:
Loss of a Person

Mondays
April 6, 2026 – May 25, 2026
7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. ET

For women navigating the grief of losing a loved one — a family member, spouse, partner, or your person. This guided group experience offers structure, support, and space to process your loss without pressure.

COHORT 2:
Loss of Something Important

Thursdays
April 9, 2026 – May 28, 2026
7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. ET

For women grieving significant life changes such as the end of a relationship, career shifts, health changes, or the closing of a meaningful chapter. This cohort provides guided support and community care over eight weeks.
