Growing in Grace -
Loss of a Person or Your Person
This 8-week cohort is for women navigating the deep and often life-altering grief of losing a loved one-whether it was a family member, spouse, partner, or your person. In this supportive and culturally affirming space, you will find understanding, comfort, and tools to help you grow in grace through your grief. Together, we will honor your loss, share stories, explore healthy coping strategies, and build a path toward healing without rushing or dismissing your emotions.
The Loss of Something Important to You
Loss is not always about death. This cohort is designed for women grieving significant life changes such as the end of a relationship, the loss of a career, a shift in health, or the closing of a chapter that held deep meaning. Over 8 weeks, we will unpack the unique challenges of non-death losses, learn to validate our experiences, and discover ways to rebuild identity and purpose while honoring what once was.
