Cancellation Policy

Individual Appointments: Payments are non-refundable but are transferable to a new date within 30 days of the original appointment. To reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. No-show appointments result in forfeiture of payment. Memberships: May be cancelled anytime. Cancellations should be made by the client prior to the next recurring payment date. Payments are non-refundable.
